Phil COLLINS est né le 30 janvier 1951. Il devient membre du groupe GENESIS en 1971 en qualité de batteur. Il restera le batteur de GENESIS jusqu'au départ de Peter GABRIEL, puis il en deviendra le chanteur principal. Ses prouesses au chant vont propulser le groupe en tête des hits-parades mondiaux. Chaque album ayant plus de succès les uns que les autres. Phil COLLINS touche au summum de la célébrité surtout grâce à sa carrière solo. Il prêtera sa voix à de nombreuses musiques de dessins animés comme "Tarzan" ou "Frère des Ours". Phil COLLINS est devenu tout simplement un mythe qui a décidé en 2005 d'arrêter sa carrière solo, mais qui fera partie de la tournée Turn It on Again avec Genesis.
